When/where are meetings held?

We will be meeting in-person on Fridays at 4:30 in room B1-274.

What are the service hour requirements?

15 hours in total are required each semester. Up to 5 hours can come from summer service for the fall semester only.

How late can a PVC be turned in after the deadline?

We do not accept late PVC’s. However, if you have a unique circumstance, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you. Remember, you can always submit your PVC early!

Do my summer hours count for the PVC?

For the Fall term, up to 5 summer hours count. If you’re wondering, hours from winter break do count for the Spring term.

How much are dues?

Dues vary from year to year. They depend on District and International rates. In the past, they have hovered around $15. On top of this, we add a t-shirt fee of $10. So usually around $25.

Is t-shirt money included in the dues?

See above.

What happens if I miss a meeting? Are there make-ups?

We will hold makeup meetings in the morning after our meetings. The actual dates will be determined closer to the meetings. If you do miss a meeting, please contact one of the officers either through Instagram, Remind, or Google Classroom.

I need more hours and I have done the required service each month, what do I do?

How can I get another copy of a form?

Check to see if the form you need is on the documents page. Or just let us know through email or our remind. We will arrange something to accommodate you.

What entails probation?

It depends on the violation you committed. Probations are quite rare. We will cross that bridge if we come to it.

How can I get out of probation?

It depends on the violation.

Are we recognized by Key Club international?

Yes.

How can I be Member of the Month?

The basis of selection includes:

number of hours completed during the previous month
attendance of monthly meetings
- (if you miss a meeting without an excuse, you are no longer eligible until the end of the semester)
general engagement within the club
